Alton Exercise Class Timetable 2012

All of our classes are open to non-gym members as well as gym members, and are all pay as you go. Below is a timetable of classes and at the base of the page you will find a description of each class. There's no need to book, just pop along and bring friends, there's plenty of room for everyone in our new exercise studio!

Monday

Pilates: 10.30am – 11.30 am

Injury Rehab: 11.30am – 12.30pm

Boxercise: 6.00pm – 6.55pm

Spinning: 7.00pm – 7.45pm

Zumba: 7.00am – 8.00pm

Tuesday

SuperSeniors: 10.00am – 11.00am

Running Club: 6.30pm – 7.30pm

Pilates: 6.30pm - 7.20pm (Beginners Class)

Zumba: 7.00pm – 8.00pm

Bootcamp Circuits: 8.00pm – 9.00pm

Wednesday

Strength Circuits: 6.45am – 7.45am (Provisional, check for further details).

Spinning: 6.45am – 7.45am (Provisional, check for further details).

Zumbatomics: 4.30pm – 5.30pm

Injury Rehab: 6.00pm – 7.00pm

Thursday

Bums, Thighs & Tums: 6.00pm – 7.00pm

Boxercise: 7.00pm – 7.55pm

Friday

Yoga: 10.30am – 11.30pm

Saturday

Spinning: 9.00am – 9.45am

Zumba: 9.00am – 9.55am

Class Descriptions

Zumba

Zumba combines Latin and International music with a fun and effective high energy dance orientated workout. With classes and instructors worldwide, anyone can Join the Party! It’s easy to do, effective and totally exhilarating! So what are you waiting for?

Zumba Toning

Coming Soon: Dates & Time TBC.

Combines body-sculpting exercises and high-energy cardio work with Latin-infused Zumba moves to create a calorie-torching, strength-training dance fitness-party, using lightweight, maraca-like Toning Sticks.

Zumbatomics

Designed exclusively for kids aged between 4-12, these classes are rockin’, high-energy fitness-parties packed with specially choreographed, kid-friendly routines and all the music kids love.

SuperSeniors

Aimed towards an older age group this is a class which works on building strength and fitness. A fun and non intimidating path to fitness.

Pilates

Pilates focuses on building your body's core strength and improving your posture, through a series of low repetition, low impact stretching and conditioning exercises.

Spinning

Spinning is a form of cycling exercise that focuses on endurance, strength, intervals, high intensity and recovery.Involves using a special stationary bike with a weighted flywheel.

Yoga

Focuses on breathing techniques combined with stretches and poses to improve posture, core and strength. Yoga is a great meditation for the mind.

Bootcamp Circuits

A challenging circuit class, so prepare to sweat! Based on a combination of cardio and strength building. All levels welcome!

Strength Circuits

Focuses on strength building and toning. Ideal exercise after a cardio workout.

Boxercise

A circuit style class including boxing techniques. Excellent for increasing your fitness and toning up in a fun motivating class environment.

Running Club

A safe way to train in the outdoors! Ideal for those already comfortable running.

Injury Rehab

Designed to help you recover effectively from all kinds of injury. A safe way to train in the outdoors! Ideal for those already comfortable running.
